By accessing or using GasPermit (the "Service"), operated by Parmanand LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GasPermit provides a $29 one-time informational permit-identification guide for gas-station owners. GasPermit collects station ZIP code, station details, optional contact information, and payment-session information to generate permit information reports. The Service provides informational tools and does not promise any specific outcome.
GasPermit is NOT a substitute for professional advice. Information provided through the Service may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You must independently verify all information with the relevant authority or licensed professional.
Information shown by the Service may not be comprehensive. Features, requirements, and details may vary by location, business type, or other factors not captured by our tools.
By using the Service, you assume all risk of relying on the information provided. You agree that Parmanand LLC is not liable for any decisions made based on information from the Service.
In no event shall Parmanand LLC's total liability exceed the greater of (a) fees paid in the past 12 months, or (b) $1,000. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory claimed.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parmanand LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You must independently verify all information provided by the Service with the relevant government agency, authority, or licensed professional before making any decisions.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Parmanand LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
One-Time Purchase: GasPermit charges a one-time fee of $29 for a beta initial permit information report. You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not generated a report. If a report has been generated, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, contact support@gaspermit.com with your purchase email and session ID. We will process refunds within 10 business days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Georgia. You waive any right to a jury trial.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
GasPermit sells digital permit information reports and related informational products. Because delivery is immediate upon purchase confirmation, no refunds are available for delivered digital reports. If a report fails to deliver due to a technical error attributable to GasPermit, contact support@gaspermit.com within 48 hours of purchase and we will re-issue the report or provide a credit at our discretion. This refund limitation does not affect your statutory rights where applicable law prohibits such limitations.
